DEVICE FOR PROVIDING A CALL SERVICE IN AN INTELLIGENT NETWORK AND A METHOD THEREOF, ESPECIALLY RELATED TO PERCEIVING A VOICE OF A SERVICE USER TO SEARCH A PHONE NUMBER CORRESPONDING TO THE PERCEIVED VOICE
PURPOSE: A device for providing a call service in an intelligent network and a method thereof are provided to search a phone number by perceiving a voice of a service user, and to immediately perform a call connection between the service user and another terminal, thereby conveniently making a multipoint call without a special device. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent network service system(110) indicates to perform a call service scenario perceiving a voice of a service user according to at least one or more service requests received from the service user. A VXML(Voice eXtensible Markup Language) server(120) perceives the voice of the service user to search a company name of a called party. The VXML server(120) searches a department name from the company name and a called party name from the department name, and delivers a phone number corresponding to the caller name to the intelligent network service system(110). A web server(130) manages call information including department names, and worker names from the company name, and stores phone numbers corresponding to the call information.
