VOTING/PAYING SYSTEM IN A VOTING RACE WITH A CELLULAR PHONE, PARTICULARLY CORRELATED TO AUTOMATICALLY TRANSMITTING A URL WHEN THE CELLULAR PHONE HAS A REGISTERED CID, AND ENABLING A USER TO INQUIRE ABOUT AND VOTE IN CONNECTION WITH A WAP PAGE OF A CENTRAL SYSTEM
PURPOSE: A voting/paying system in a voting race with a cellular phone is provided to automatically transmit a URL when a cellular phone has a registered CID, and to enable a user to inquire about and vote in connection with a WAP page of a central system, then to carry out deposit/withdrawal processes on a registered payment account, thereby easily voting/paying with the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A user opens a bank account(S1), and registers a cellular phone number and an account number in a central system(S2). The registered numbers are perceived(S3). If the cellular phone number is a registered number, an SMS server transmits an SMS including a URL(S4). The user accesses a WAP server with a WAP push system(S5). Information on a race and balance information of the associated account with regards to a CID are provided(S6). A bank supplies information to the central system(S7). The user votes on a WAP page(S8). The system decides whether the user is located within a certain area(S9). If not, the system informs that the voting is impossible(S10), and requests a voting cost to be transferred(S11). The bank transfers the cost to the system(S12). The system informs the user of the transferred results and an authentication number(S13). The system transfers a dividend to the bank(S14). The race results and the dividend transferring are informed(S15).
