RC SLEEPER FOR A VIBRATION-PROOF COMBINING DEVICE AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF(ALT-I TYPE RC SLEEPER AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF) FOR FIRMLY FIXING REINFORCEMENTS ARRANGED IN THE SLEEPER BY A TIE HOOP AND EFFECTIVELY COPING WITH LOAD TRANSMITTED FROM RAILS BY ARRANGING THE REINFORCEMENTS AROUND AN EMBEDDED UNIT BEFORE INSTALLING THE VIBRATION-PROOF COMBINING DEVICE TO THE SLEEPER
PURPOSE: An RC(Reinforced Concrete) sleeper for a vibration-proof combining device and a manufacturing method thereof(an ALT-I type RC sleeper and a manufacturing method thereof) are provided to prevent movement of upper and lower reinforcements arranged on a sleeper, to remove cracks by arranging the reinforcements adjacently to an embedded unit, and to prevent the embedded unit from being separated from the sleeper by repeated load and vibration. CONSTITUTION: An RC sleeper(100) for a vibration-proof combining device is composed of a concrete body(10); a reinforcement assembly arranged in the concrete body and composed of upper and lower reinforcements and a tie hoop for connecting and fixing the upper and lower reinforcements; and an embedded unit(18) joined with a combining member of the vibration-proof combining device installed on the upper surface of the concrete body and disposed in an upper square formed by transverse and longitudinal reinforcements of the upper reinforcement. The embedded unit penetrating the inside of the upper square is mounted at the upside or inside of a lower square formed by the transverse and longitudinal reinforcements of the lower reinforcement.
