HEARTH ROLL IN WHICH FAN MEANS AND GAS CIRCULATION MEANS ARE INSTALLED TO PREVENT CROWN DEFORMATION OF HEARTH ROLL DUE TO TEMPERATURE DEVIATION ALONG CONTACT PORTION BETWEEN HEARTH ROLL AND STRIP
PURPOSE: To provide a hearth roll capable of blocking crown deformation of the hearth roll due to temperature deviation along a contact area between the hearth roll and strip, thereby constantly maintaining crown of the hearth roll to prevent skewness of the strip and blocking heat buckle phenomenon generated when the strip passes through the hearth roll to improve annealing quality of the strip as a whole. CONSTITUTION: In hearth rolls arranged in an annealing furnace to transfer strip, the annealing furnace hearth roll having uniform crown maintenance function comprises a main shaft(10) into which gas can be injected; a roll body which is rotatably mounted on the main shaft, and on which the strip is contactly transferred; a cylindrical roll(30) which is installed in the roll body such that the cylindrical roll is supported by the main shaft, and in which a plurality of gas tubes(32) are embedded; and gas pipes(50) comprising a plurality of fans and connection pipes(54) disposed between the roll body and the cylindrical roll at the inner side of the roll body to supply an atmospheric gas injected through the main shaft to the side of the gas tubes of the cylindrical roll as the fans and connection pipes are being integrally driven during rotation of the roll body, wherein roll crown is constantly maintained by the atmospheric gas injected into the roll.
