PURPOSE: A safety cap by use of a hybrid multi-axial textile composites is provided to design a new casing structure of a safety cap by using hybrid composites. CONSTITUTION: The casing of a safety cap is made by using fiber reinforced composites. A liner(21) in the shape of a head is formed by use of an expanded plastics. One or more hybrid multi-axial textile composites(22) are laminated on the liner(21). The hybrid multi-axial textile composite is constituted by laminating a fiber reinforced composites(22a) and a fiber reinforced thin film composite having high elasticity(22b) in one or more layers.
