PURPOSE: A jade grate for roast is provided to meat from being easily burned or sticking by slowly heating the jade grate, to prevent a crack by connecting jade pieces to parts where meat is put and the heat is heated, and to prevent oil of meat from directly flowing to flames when flames directly come in contact with the jade grate. CONSTITUTION: A jade grate(1) for meat roast comprises an annular jade rim(10) having a through hole(11) formed in the center; plural jade pieces(20) filled in the through hole of the jade rim; and plural metal wires(30) each inserted in fitting holes(23) communicating with each other. The jade piece is formed in a pillar shape. The fitting hole pierced through the sides of the jade piece is formed in a body of the jade piece. The jade pieces are arranged in plural rows while the fitting holes of each row communicate with each other. Both ends of the metal wire are fixed to the jade rim.
