METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CALORIE RISING MATERIAL, ADDITIVE ADDED TO INCREASE CALORIE OF SOLID FUEL WHEN MANUFACTURING SOLID FUEL, USING WASTES INCLUDING GARBAGE, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT WASTE, WASTE PLASTIC, WASTE OIL AND WASTE EDIBLE OIL
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CALORIE RISING MATERIAL, ADDITIVE ADDED TO INCREASE CALORIE OF SOLID FUEL WHEN MANUFACTURING SOLID FUEL, USING WASTES INCLUDING GARBAGE, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT WASTE, WASTE PLASTIC, WASTE OIL AND WASTE EDIBLE OIL
PURPOSE: To utilize various wastes disused in large quantities in manufacture of the solid fuel by easily manufacturing a calorie rising material added to the solid fuel during manufacturing of a solid fuel and increasing calorie of the solid fuel using the calorie rising material and obtain a calorie rising material that is easily injected into the solid fuel by producing the calorie rising material in powder shape. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of calorie rising material for manufacturing solid fuel using various wastes comprises a first process of preparing a colloid resin by melting the mixture as dividingly injecting 400 g of an additive consisted of waste polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene resins little by little into a resulting material obtained by agitating 1,000 g of waste oils such as higher unsaturated hydrocarbons and lubricants, 100 g of waste edible oil and 5 g of potassium carbonate; a second process of drying the dextrinization material after producing a dextrinization material by applying a heat of about 80 deg.C to the mixture after mixing 200 g of starch with 1,000 g of a liquid phase material consisting of food garbage having a grain size of 1 mm or less; and a third process of powdering the freeze dried mixture to a particle size corresponding to a sieve size of about 120 mesh by freeze drying the mixture after mixing 1,000 g of colloid prepared in the first process, 600 g of powder of dextrinization material obtained in the second process, 50 g of aluminum powder and 30 g of iron (III) oxide.
