SINTERING POWDER FOR SELECTIVE LASER SINTERING COMPRISING POLYAMIDE, METAL SALT OF WEAK ACID AND FATTY ACID DERIVATIVE, ITS PREPARATION METHOD, MOLDED PRODUCT PREPARED BY USING THE SINTERING POWDER, AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD
PURPOSE: Provided are a sintering powder for selective laser sintering, its preparation method, a molded product by the selective laser sintering using the sintering powder which is improved in elastic modulus and tensile strain at break and has a density close to that of an injection molded product, and its preparation method. CONSTITUTION: The sintering powder comprises at least one polyamide; at least one metal salt of weak acid; and at least one fatty acid derivative. Preferably the metal salt of weak acid is a metal carbonate; the fatty acid derivative is a fatty acid ester or a fatty acid amide; and the polyamide contains at least eight carbon atoms per a carboxamide group. Preferably the content of the metal salt and the fatty acid derivative is 0.1-30 wt% based on the total amount of the polyamide.
