PURPOSE: A dumpling filling composition and dumpling containing the same composition are provided, thereby easily absorbing nutrition of the bones and meats of chicken necks through dumpling. CONSTITUTION: The dumpling filling composition contains 20 to 30 wt.% of pulverized bones and meats of chicken necks, and optionally 8 to 15 wt.% of pizza sauce, wherein the dumpling filling composition further contains garlic, ginger, Welsh onion, sugar, seasoning, pepper, radish, leek, soybean protein, sesame, carrot, onion, cabbage, corn and tomato catsup. The dumpling contains the dumpling filling composition containing 20 to 30 wt.% of pulverized bones and meats of chicken necks as effective components.
