PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing stabilized micro-clustered water that can be preserved for a long period of time using tap water or underground water so as to solve a conventional problem that produced micro-clustered water is converted into bound water such as tap water with the passage of time. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing micro-clustered water comprises the processes of: primarily treating clusters of water molecules into micro-clustered water by injecting tap water or underground water along with return water into a spray nozzle(3) in an upper part of a far-infrared ray treatment water tank(1) so that far-infrared rays are irradiated onto water from far-infrared lamps(2) while water is sprayed from the spray nozzle, thereby partially breaking hydrogen bonds of water molecules; sending micro-clustered water to a packing tower(5) into which packings(6) are packed, the packings including humic substance pellet containing mineral or ceramic for emitting fra-infrared rays, mineral or ceramic for emitting minus ions, magnetite or magnetic ceramic, easily eluted mineral, bivalent and trivalent irons and minerals such as calcium and magnesium so as to improve treatment efficiency of the primarily treated micro-clustered water into micro-clustered water and preserve the micro-clustered water for a long period of time by treating the micro-clustered water in the packing tower; sending the treated micro-clustered water to a solenoid magnetizer(7) and an electromagnet or permanent magnet magnetizer(8) to magnetize it; returning some of the magnetized micro-clustered water to the spray nozzle in the upper part of the far-infrared ray treatment water tank to spray the magnetized micro-clustered water, and sensing remaining magnetized micro-clustered water to a final treated water vessel(11) so that treated water is transferred to a final destination by a final treated water transfer pump(12).
