PURPOSE: A system and a method for estimating operation ability of fund management institution through earning rate ranking using a virtual fund are provided to offer a fair opportunity to the institutions, offer fair estimation through result estimation of each manager, and offer an estimation result to a user by estimating the earning rate after making the institutions operate the virtual fund. CONSTITUTION: A fund management institution client PC(3) is joined as the manager managing the virtual fund. A virtual fund operation server(2) comprises a communication part(23) for receiving operation order data including order information from the fund management institution client PC, a database(22) for storing the management order data, earning rate data of the virtual fund, and other information, and a controller(21) for controlling the communication part and the database, and estimating fund management. A user client PC(4) receives information for the virtual fund and fund management institution by connecting to the virtual fund operation server.
