PURPOSE: A method for recording a pixel in a final incomplete pixel position of a track in an optical disk is provided to record a complete pixel in a final incomplete pixel position by responding to a decision that the final incomplete pixel position is bigger than an incomplete threshold value, thereby overlapping the recorded complete pixel with the first complete pixel position of a track. CONSTITUTION: A process(600) is performed as follows. For a given track, a system determines an incomplete threshold value where a size of a final incomplete pixel position is to be compared(602). The system decides whether the size of the final incomplete pixel position is bigger than the incomplete threshold value(604). If so(606), the system records a complete pixel in the incomplete pixel position(608). If an additional track remains(610), the system repeats the process '600'(612). The process '600' is terminated(614).
