PURPOSE: A method of making a health supplementary food by mixing an aqueous extract of leaves of Korean Ulmaceae, beans, garlic and sweet potatoes and steaming is provided. The product has an effect of increasing stamina and exercise capacity and is effective in treating constipation, cancer, obesity and diabetics and preventing aging. CONSTITUTION: To make the health supplementary food, 30% by weight of garlic, 30% by weight of beans, 20% by weight of beans,20% by weight of sweet potato and 20% by weight of leaves of Korean Ulmaceae. Leaves of Korean Ulmaceae are roasted for 2.5hr, cooled on a bamboo blind for 30min and added with powder of Korean Ulmaceae. Garlic is steamed for 20 to 30min, poured into water for 24hr and cooled. Beans are soaked in cold water. The raw material is mixed and steamed for 1hr and then formed.
