PURPOSE: A method for comparing management expenses of an apartment in each item using the Internet is provided to find out a saving plan by finding out the apartment of the lowest management expenses from an apartment group of the similar management expense and comparing the management expense with the lowest management expenses in detail. CONSTITUTION: Each apartment management expenses input staff periodically registers the apartment management expenses by connecting to a web site(120). For registration, a user registers the residing or interested apartment to the web site(130). A lowest ranking percentage calculated by comparing the management expenses with the lowest management expenses is periodically sent to the member by an email(140). If the member selects the specified apartment by connecting to the web site, the management expenses and the lowest ranking percentage of the management expenses per unit area for the specified apartment and the apartment of the lowest management expenses in the same apartment group are displayed(160).
