COMPOSITION FOR CLOSING PORES OF SINTERED ORE AND COATING PRECIPITATES ON SURFACE OF SINTERED ORE BY WATER TREATING MANUFACTURED SINTERED ORE, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME, AND WATER TREATING METHOD OF SINTERED ORE USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: To provide a composition for improving reduction degradation index in a blast furnace by water treating manufactured sintered ore, thereby closing pores existing in sintered ore and coating precipitates on the surface of sintered ore, a method for preparing the composition, and a water treating method of sintered ore by reduction degradation improvement of sintered ore using the composition. CONSTITUTION: The composition for preventing reduction degradation of sintered ore comprises 10 to 35 weight parts of calcium chloride and 0.05 to 3 weight part of lithium contained compound, wherein the composition further comprises 0.05 to 0.7 weight part of boron contained compound, and a compound comprising one or more components selected from the group consisting of magnesium, silicon, titanium and iron. The method for preparing the composition comprises a step of obtaining a reaction mixture by adding a lithium contained compound to the solution and reacting the lithium contained compound with the solution after dissolving calcium chloride into water; and a step of adjusting pH of the reaction mixture. The water treating method of sintered ore by reduction degradation improvement of sintered ore comprises a step of preparing an aqueous solution by dissolving the composition into water; a step of manufacturing sintered ore of which surface and pores are coated with the composition by spraying the aqueous solution onto sintered ore before charging sintered ore into a blast furnace; a step of removing moisture in grains of sintered ore by drying the composition coated sintered ore; and a step of charging the dried sintered ore into the blast furnace.
