PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an only Ti added hot rolled steel sheet having excellent pickling property, wherein the method reduces formation ratio of non-pickled scale by forming scale with good pickling property without material degradation of finished product and improves productivity by rapidly cooling coiled coil. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing an only Ti added steel comprising a step of hot rolling a steel slab having a composition comprising 0.005 wt.% or less of C, 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of Mn, 0.015 wt.% or less of P, 0.03 wt.% or less of Si, 0.03 to 0.10 wt.% of Ti and the balance being Fe and other inevitable impurities, the method for manufacturing an only Ti added hot rolled steel sheet having excellent pickling property is characterized in that the hot rolled steel is coiled at a temperature of 650 to 720 deg.C after the step of hot rolling the steel slab, and the coil is cooled by dipping the coil into a water cooling vessel before temperature of coiled coil is dropped to a temperature of 570 deg.C or less.
