PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing an only Ti added hot rolled steel sheet having excellent pickling property, wherein the method reduces formation ratio of non-pickled scale by forming scale with good pickling property without material degradation of finished product and improves productivity by rapidly cooling coiled coil.
