PURPOSE: A device for switching an interface to an ability-typed multimedia device discriminatingly charged based on an operating method is provided to assign a user an additional time according to ability of the user and discriminatingly charge a fare. CONSTITUTION: An operation setting means(201) enables a manager to set up a setting mode including a game advancing mode of an interface device(200). A power reset means(203) performs a reset operation by a mechanical operation or an electric signal of a remote controller. An audio signal processor(207) is connected to an audio signal I/O(Input/Output) port of a multimedia device, generates user ability information by comparing an audio signal received from the multimedia device with reference data, and controls the audio signal I/O of the multimedia device based on an audio I/O control signal of a CPU(290). A memory(217) stores application programs and data needed for operating the multimedia device and the interface device. A payment means(213) receives the fare from a multimedia device user.
