PURPOSE: A method of making a mushroom mycelium beverage by inoculating mushroom strains such as Cordyceps martialis into a liquid culture medium and culturing and extracting the mushroom mycelium with herbs is provided. It enables the beverage to contain nutrients contained in the liquid culture medium while permitting the mass production of the beverage. CONSTITUTION: Mushroom strains such as Cordyceps martialis are inoculated into a liquid culture medium, cultured and extracted with herbs to give mushroom mycelium beverage. For an example, Cordyceps martialis are inoculated into a liquid culture medium containing 8 to 9kg glucose, 7 to 15kg soybean powder, 500g KH2PO4, 500g KgSO47H2O, 9kg vegetable oil and 3,000L water, cultured and extracted with herbs containing Lycii Radicis Cortex, Fructus schisandrae, Semen Cuscutae, Rubi Fructus, Torilidis Fructus and Glycyrrhizae Radix.
