PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for treating fractured cold rolled strip in which a table is moved back and forth to lead a fractured rolled coil strip in a strip coiling guide, and a cylinder is led in a strip coiler by a strip coiling pushing bar so that the fractured strip is easily cut by rotation of a crop shear knife. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a forward and backward movement part comprising a rectangular plate(20) which is connected to a L-M guide(21) and a stopper(23), and at the center of which a driving roller(25) is installed, driving motor(30), driving chain(32) and driving wheels(33) installed under the rectangular plate to enable the rectangular plate to be moved, and cylinder(36), fixing bar pad and fixing bar(40) for fixing the rectangular plate to a desired point; a strip coiling part comprising a table(43) formed on an upper part of the rectangular plate of the forward and backward movement part, a driving motor(46) installed on an upper part of the table, a strip coiler(53) connected to the driving motor, and a strip coiling guide(65) attached to the table and positioned under the strip coiler; and a crop shear knife part for cutting the strip coiled by the coiling part.
