PURPOSE: A dynamic java push device of a mobile phone and a method therefor are provided to dynamically download a specific application program, thereby executing a game with another mobile phone at which a game program is not push-registered. CONSTITUTION: Middlet parts(110,115,210) receive various programs through a downloading process, store the downloaded programs, and perform a registration process by java push. Push registering units(120,220) are connected with the middlet parts(110,115,210) to register a list of the corresponding programs by java push registration request. Push control units(130,230) are connected with the push registering units(120,220) and confirm push-registered programs to requester download and push-register the downloaded programs. Network connecting parts(140,240) wirelessly connect a mobile phone(100) with another mobile terminal(200). Control units(150,250) monitor and control an operational state of each functional part, and control and monitor the entire operation of the mobile phones(100,200).
