摘要

PURPOSE: A testing machine for a cab suspension mounting part of a freight vehicle is provided to measure accurately the wear of inner and outer cases combined with a hinge shaft and to secure a precise design value of an actual vehicle by applying power of a condition same as an actual vehicle traveling to the hinge shaft at a frame and suspension mounting part comprising the actual vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A testing machine for a cab suspension mounting part of a freight vehicle is composed of a hinge bracket(1) positioned higher than a rear side of a frame and a suspension mounting part(A) of an actual vehicle; a plate(2) installed to rotate about the hinge bracket and closely contacted with the suspension mounting part at the bottom side of one end to generate rotary power at a hinge shaft in rotating the plate; a weight material(3) installed in the rear end of the plate to have weight same as a cab to be tested; and a cylinder(4) disposed at the front end of the plate symmetrically to the weight material to rotate the plate.
