Dendropanax morbifera Lev. extract, fraction and pharmaceutical composition containing thereof for recovering and proliferating effects on tibial tissue and periodontium ligamental tissue
PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing a Dendropanax morbifera Lev. extract and a fraction thereof having an effect of forming hard tissue having high hardness by promoting the deposition of calcium salts and phosphate salts while exhibiting a hard tissue regeneration and proliferation promoting effect by increasing alkaline phosphatase activity of osteoblast and periodontal ligament cells is provided. Therefore, it can effectively used in treatment and prevention of disease associated with hard tissue regeneration and proliferation such as osteoporosis and periodontal disease. CONSTITUTION: Dendropanax morbifera Lev. is extracted in alcohol for 5 to 24hr at 50 to 100deg.C, cooled to 40 to 60deg.C and then concentrated. The pharmaceutical composition having hard tissue regeneration and proliferation effects contains a Dendropanax morbifera Lev. extract and a fraction thereof as a main component, a pharmaceutically acceptable inactive carrier and one more additives selected from diluents, flavorings, solubilizers, lubricants, suspensions, binders and disintegrating agents.
