PURPOSE: A method for managing a lawsuit of a traffic accident on a traffic accident lawsuit management system through the network is provided to enable other worker in a different place to arrange all data to one data by continuously updating all data from the first consultation with other various data in a database. CONSTITUTION: A central management system(S) includes a database and a communication interface connected to external interfaces. The database is equipped with a lawyer information database, a management information database, a lawsuit information database, a medical information database, a consultation information database, a general affairs database, and a client information database. A consultant interface(C) inputs/modifies accident situations or bibliographic particulars by directly facing with an accident party. A client interface(O) inputs accident data and searches a processing result by connecting the system. A lawyer interface(L) agents a proper lawful procedure by examining criminal record of a police station and the data stored in the system.
