DIGITAL SATELLITE BROADCASTING RECEIVER FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY TUNING MULTI-CHANNEL THROUGH A MAIN UNIT WITH A SATELLITE TUNER AND PERFORMING A DECODING PROCESS AND A DISPLAY PROCESS THROUGH A PLURALITY OF SUB-UNITS WITHOUT THE SATELLITE TUNER
Purpose: a digital satellite broadcast receiver is provided to while adjusting multichannel by the main part with a satellite tuner, receives the specific channel adjusted by main part and executes a decoding process and a display processing without satellite tuner by multiple sub-units. Construction: a LNB (low noise converter unit) (102) low-noises amplify the satellite broadcast signal of RF (radio frequency) band, are received by a strip antenna (101). Satellite broadcast signal is divided into multiple satellite-signals and passes through respective path output signal by one multi-switch unit (103). A main part (110) with satellite tuner receives satellite-signal, and satellite-signal is entered TP (TransPort streams) signals by adjusting separately and demodulation of satellite signal is converted to specific channel, output TP signals. Multiple sub-units (120), position respectively in multiple separate spaces, receive TP signals and show that TP shows descramble and by descrambling and decoding decoding. Here, each sub-unit does not have satellite tuner. Main part is exchanged with sub-unit by wireless data communication.
