CONSTITUTION: The construction method for the surface of an eco-friendly concrete structure for forming the habitat of aquatic plants and microbe under the water is completed by applying surface treatment materials(20) on the surface of a concrete structure such as a slope protection block installed on a concrete structure(A) and an embankment and a riverbed protection block installed on the riverbed to form a surface having the appointed thickness and to neutralize the alkali of concrete and the acid of the surface treatment materials(20) not to make water polluted.
