PURPOSE: A composition of synthetic fiber grey yarn is characterized by using complex of pure silver and natural inorganic material, radiating far infrared ray and anion, having antibacterial property and antimold property and intercepting water vein waves and electron wave. CONSTITUTION: A composition of synthetic fiber grey yarn is obtained by the steps of: preparing pure silver having 20-200nm of size, 56nm of average particle size and 97nm of particle size of 90%; preparing complex(50nm-2m) comprised of natural submarine minerals radiating anion and natural minerals radiating far infrared ray; concentrating the pure silver and the complex into 15-40wt.% in producing polyester chip master batch; and then mixing and melt-spinning normal synthetic fiber chip, nylon or polypropylene chip to manufacture the complex into 1-5wt.% based on final grey yarn.
