HEAT PUMP SYSTEM HAVING HEAT EXCHANGER USING SOLAR HEAT, PARTICULARLY IN CONCERNED WITH EXCHANGING HEAT BY USING SOLAR HEAT ENERGY WITHOUT POWER SUPPLY TO ENLARGE LATENT HEAT OF VAPORIZATION OF OUTDOOR HEAT EXCHANGER
PURPOSE: A heat pump system having a heat exchanger using solar heat is provided to enlarge latent heat of vaporization of an outdoor heat exchanger by exchanging heat without power supply, thereby reducing the cost of maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system includes a compressor(10), a four-way valve(11), an indoor heat exchanger(12), an expansion valve for and cooling(13), and an outdoor heat exchanger(15) connected by a pipe(17), and selectively performs cooling or heating operation of the heat exchangers. In the outdoor heat exchanger, an extra branch pipe(20) and a check valve(22) for heating are connected with the existing pipe to introduce a refrigerant directly to the compressor without entering the heat exchangers in case of heating operation. Another expansion valve(21), an evaporator(24), and a heat radiating fan(25) are installed on the branch pipe to evaporate the refrigerant. A heat absorbing plate(26) is installed at a place adjacent to the evaporator for converting sunbeams into heat energy for radiating the heat energy to the evaporator for enlarging latent heat of vaporization.
