PURPOSE: Provided is a portable insulin injection device, in which insulin contained in a cylinder unit is supplied to a human body through rotational extrusion of a nut unit and a plunger unit to accurately supply a desired quantity of insulin. CONSTITUTION: A needle in an insulin injection unit(10) is attached to a skin or muscle of a patient. An insulin injection tube is connected to a cylinder unit(20) coupled to a nut unit(30) and a plunger unit(40). The insulin injection unit includes a needle portion, an insulin transfer tube, an insulin injection tube, and a Y-shaped tube. The cylinder unit is closely engaged to the insulin injection tube by a plunger gasket. The insulin is discharged from an insulin outlet port by rotating a screw.
