PURPOSE: A method for an international call forwarding service of a mobile telephone is provided to forward a call to a mobile phone of a subscriber staying in a specific country at a mobile communication telephone number subscribed for each mobile communication service of a plurality of countries, thereby conveniently using a mobile telephone service in the plurality of countries. CONSTITUTION: A caller attempts call connection to a mobile communication telephone number of a call forwarding service subscriber in a country where the caller stays(30). If the call of the caller is connected with the mobile communication telephone number of the subscriber, it is judged whether the subscriber orders call forwarding(31-32). If so, the call is forwarded to a mobile communication telephone number of the subscriber to a mobile communication service of a country where the subscriber stays(33-35).
