PURPOSE: A dual blower fan and a blower for a vehicle air conditioner having the dual blower fan are provided to increase the blast capacity and blast pressure of blast air by compressing and blowing air by two centrifugal wheels integrally formed. CONSTITUTION: A dual blower fan(10) comprises a first centrifugal wheel(20) having a hub(22) installed to a shaft of a blower motor(40) and first blades arranged downward along the edge of the hub, and a second centrifugal wheel(30) having a connection plate(32) extended in the radial direction from the lower end of the first centrifugal wheel, second blades arranged upward along the edge of the connection plate, and a support ring(36) connecting the upper ends of the second blades.
