PURPOSE: An automatic production method of dried slices of seasoned whitebait and a device thereof are provided to cheaply supply dried slices of seasoned whitebait by a mass-production. CONSTITUTION: An automatic production device of dried slices of seasoned whitebait comprises a whitebait supply device(A), a dried and sliced whitebait forming device(B), a drying device(C), a reverting device(I), a dried and sliced whitebait withdrawing device(H), a roasting device and seasoning spreading device(D) and a wrapping device(G). The dried and sliced whitebait forming device is installed in one side of the whitebait supply device and connected with the whitebait supply device by a pipe. The dried and sliced whitebait forming device contains a dried and sliced whitebait molding machine to produce the supplied whitebait in dried slices and a dried and sliced whitebait transferring device to transfer the formed dried and sliced whitebait. The drying device is connected with the rear side of the dried and sliced whitebait forming device by an attachment chain(6). The drying device dries the formed dried and sliced whitebait by having a dried and sliced whitebait transferring device and a drier. The reverting device reverts the position of the whitebait by forming in the upper part of the dried and sliced whitebait forming device. The dried and sliced whitebait withdrawing device is connected with the middle of the dried and sliced whitebait forming device. The roasting device and seasoning spreading device roasts the dried whitebait by connecting with the withdrawing device through a conveyor(9). The wrapping device is connected with the rear side of the roasting and seasoning spreading device through the conveyor. Thereby, the automatic production device is compact and the mass-production of the dried and sliced whitebait is performed.
