AIR PURIFYING SYSTEM COMPRISING FLUIDIZED BED PHOTOCHEMISTRY REACTOR USING CARRIER WHERE PHOTOCATALYST IS COATED AND FILM-TYPE PHOTOCHEMISTRY REACTOR USING PHOTOCATALYST FILTER AND/OR ADSORPTIVE PHOTOCATALYTIC FILTER
PURPOSE: To provide an air purifying system that is able to remove odor and volatile organic compounds from air and also remove secondary contaminants generated by a photocatalytic oxidation reaction, and a method purifying air by using the air purifying system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises: a fluidized bed photochemistry reactor (20) that includes a reactor (16a) having a predetermined space, an air inlet (2a) installed to a lower part of the reactor, a photocatalyst coated fluidized bed carrier (6), at least one lamp (12) radiating light to the photocatalyst coated fluidized bed carrier, a power supply part (14) connected to the lamp to supply an electric current thereto and an air outlet (4a) installed to an upper part of the reactor; a film-type photochemistry reactor (30) that includes a reactor (16b) having a predetermined space, an air inlet (2b) installed to an upper part of the reactor and connected to the fluidized bed photochemistry reactor, a photocatalyst filter (8) and/or an adsorptive photocatalytic filter (10), at least one lamp (12) radiating light to the photocatalyst filter and/or the adsorptive photocatalytic filter, a power supply part (14) connected to the lamp to supply an electric current thereto and an air outlet (4b) installed to a lower part of the reactor and a connection part (18) that is between the air outlet (4a) and the air inlet (2b).
