MOVABLE ROTARY PLATE SPRAYER, A BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM WITH THE MOVABLE ROTARY PLATE SPRAYER AND BACKFILLING METHOD USING THE BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR SOFT GROUND IMPROVEMENT, CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING THE PAVING ANGLE OF BACKFILLING MATERIALS
PURPOSE: A belt conveyor system with a movable rotary plate sprayer is provided to prevent the plastic fracture of the outer layer on the soft ground and to pave backfilling materials easily and evenly on the wide area by controlling the angle of pavement. CONSTITUTION: The belt conveyor system(100) with a movable rotary plate sprayer contains a belt conveyor(110) feeding backfilling materials, a driving vehicle(120) supporting the belt conveyor(110) and moving forward and backward, a hopper(130) supplying backfilling materials to the rear end of the belt conveyor(110), and a movable rotary plate sprayer(200) located on the front end of the belt conveyor(110) to spray the backfilling materials supplied from the belt conveyor(110). The movable rotary plate sprayer(200) contains a rotary plate provided with many partition walls to take the backfilling materials supplied from the belt conveyor(110) between partition walls, then to spray by rotation, a motor rotating the rotary plate and a movable rotary plate device moving the rotary plate forward and backward from the longitudinal direction of the belt conveyor(110).
