PURPOSE: A system and a method for safely arranging realty transactions through the network are provided to arrange the realty transaction stably and reliably, and protect a buyer for the realty transaction. CONSTITUTION: A transaction database(134) stores transaction information of each realty. A processing server(14) includes a transaction registration processor(141), an account assigner(142), and a transaction processor(143). The transaction registration processor registers the realty by assigning a transaction number if a realty transaction arrangement request is inputted from a seller terminal(400) or a buyer terminal(300). The account assigner assigns a virtual account number to the registered realty. The transaction processor pays transaction price to a seller, if the buyer deposits the transaction price to the virtual account number and the seller completes right transfer. A transaction particular database(135) stores processed transaction particulars of each realty.
