PURPOSE: A method for gold or silver humidification and hip bath, and an apparatus thereof to humidify and bath a hip using gold or silver ion water at low cost are provided to sterilize air by using a silver solution having excellent sterilizing power while humidifying, and protect a respiratory organ from harmful bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A water container supplies water. A space part contains water supplied from the water container. An electrolyzing device is constituted in the space part for electrolyzing gold or silver(10) by supplying power to a gold or silver electrode rod, thereby obtaining gold or silver ion water. A heater heats the gold or silver ion water to generate vapor, having a temperature controller controlling a temperature of the gold or silver ion water. The gold or silver ion water is atomized by an ultrasonic vibrator to discharge the atomized gold or silver ion water through a discharge port(20-3).
