PURPOSE: A valve assembly for a diving apparatus and a buoyancy-adjustable simplified diving apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the weight of the diving apparatus by simplifying the structure of the valve assembly. CONSTITUTION: A valve assembly(100) for a diving apparatus is composed of a valve housing(110) connected to first and second hoses and holding a mouthpiece(160), a first valve(120) installed between the first hose and the mouthpiece, a second valve(130) installed between the first valve and the second hose, and a third valve(140) installed between the second valve and the second hose. The first valve introduces air into the valve housing through the first hose in inhalation, and prevents air in the valve housing from being discharged to the first hose in exhalation. The second valve controls the discharge of air in the valve housing in inhalation and exhalation. The second vale controls the discharge of air in the valve housing to the second hose in inhalation and exhalation.
