TRAFFIC SCHEDULING DEVICE IN A BASE STATION OF MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND A METHOD THEREOF, CONCERNED WITH ADJUSTING A DELAY BOUND BY TRANSMITTING THE TRAFFIC AFTER INCREASING A SERVICE PRIORITY AND GUARANTEEING A THROUGHPUT PERFORMANCE BY CHANGING THE PRIORITY OF THE TRAFFIC
PURPOSE: A traffic scheduling device in a base station of a mobile communication system is provided to change a transmission sequence of traffic, and to pack the traffic in a time slot according to the changed sequence. CONSTITUTION: A delay controller(141) determines a transmission sequence such that real-time traffic can be first transmitted prior to non real-time traffic, and outputs the traffic. A transmission buffer(142) is applied with the real-time traffic or the non real-time traffic outputted according to the determined sequence from the delay controller(141), and stores the applied traffic. A throughput controller(143) calculates an assign power of a time slot for transmitting a certain amount of the traffic stored in the transmission buffer(142), changes the transmission sequence of the traffic according to a time slot valid power, and packs the traffic in the time slot according to the changed transmission sequence.
