PURPOSE: A Raman laser oscillator using stimulated Brillouin scattering and second order Raman-Stokes wave generation and an oscillating method thereof are provided to obtain an effect higher than an existing Raman laser oscillator by forming each different coating layer on a focusing lens, a total resonator output mirror, and a rear reflector of a resonator, respectively. CONSTITUTION: A total resonator output mirror, a Raman cell(2), a focusing lens, a laser bar(4), a switch(5), and a rear reflector(6) are sequentially arranged from the laser beam output direction. The total resonator output mirror is used for reflecting a basic wavelength and a first Raman-Stokes wave and transmitting a second Raman-Stokes wave. The focusing lens is installed within Raman cell in order to reflect partially the basic wavelength and reflect totally the first and the second first Raman-Stokes waves. A pump beam resonator is installed between the rear reflector and the focusing lens. A second Raman-Stokes wave resonator is installed between a front side(13A) of the focusing lens and the total resonator output mirror. A Brillouin resonator is installed between the rear reflector and a phase conjugate reflector.
