PURPOSE: A phantom is provided to allow for a three-dimensional evaluation of image registration and ease of accuracy evaluation of image registration tool by arranging a plurality of marking rods on images. CONSTITUTION: A phantom comprises a container(13) having a space for storage of water; a phantom body(19) arranged in the space of the container, and which has an inner space having a shape corresponding to the shape of organ or brain of a human body, wherein the inner space contains water therein; and a lid(21) for closing the container having the phantom body arranged in the container, wherein the lid has a water supply hole(21a) which is opened/shut by a screw(21b) so as to supply water in the container. The phantom body includes a case(19a); a slice stacked body(19p) constituted by a plurality of unit slices stacked in the case; and a cover(19b) for closing the case, and which has a water supply hole opened/shut by a screw so as to supply water in the case.
