PURPOSE: A seat back angle control device is provided to prevent an omission and a mistake caused by manual operation and to increase the working ratio in production, by automating the manual operation. CONSTITUTION: A seat back angle control device comprises a support bracket(20) installed to the upper part of a seat assembling line of a vehicle; a lever release arm(30) installed to the lower end of the support bracket; a first cylinder(40) installed to the support bracket of the upper part of the lever release arm; and a second cylinder(50) installed to the support bracket of the upper side of the first cylinder. The support bracket is movable by a moving unit. The lever release arm rises a lever(11) of a seat(10) in the seat assembling line. The first cylinder operates the lever release arm. The second cylinder pushes a seat back(12) and adjusts the angle of the seat back to the normal angle if the seat back of the seat is folded and then the first cylinder is returned to the original position.
