A three-way valve having a body section and a flow path switching section. The body section has, in its outer periphery with a hollow-cylindrical shape, an inflow opening and a discharge opening. The flow path switching section is installable on the body section in a rotatable liquid-tight manner, has a fluid path enabling the inflow opening and the discharge opening to communicate to each other, has an opening section vertical to a rotation surface and opened to the fluid path, and has at the opening section a sealing packing for sealing the opening section. The fluid path of the flow path switching section is opened on one side, on the outer periphery side.
