The invention relates to a device which is used to cut, sample, take, remove, transport and conserve grafts, to prepare the receptor site and to inject minigrafts, using a single piece of equipment once and with one hand. The inventive device is portable, malleable, convenient and light. In addition, the low-cost device can be washed and sharpened and requires little maintenance. The device can be used to take a greater percentage of scalp minigrafts without damaging same, enabling the growth, development and maturation of said follicles until the final hair is obtained. At present, several surgeons and specialists are required in the operating theatre (more than 7) during surgery for an extended period of 8 hours or more in order for a maximum of 2,000 minigrafts to be attached. However, with the invention, only 2 people are required in order to operate on the patient, using a single gun or 2 devices simultaneously, thereby reducing the time/labour cost without damaging the donor areas. The device comprises an instrument which is made from medical grade steel and which can resterilised an infinite number of times without being damaged.
