The method involves pasteurizing a ganoderma lucidum substrate at a maximum temperature of about 65 degrees centigrade and 75 degrees centigrade. The ganoderma lucidum substrate is planted with a compost seed. The ganoderma lucidum substrate is stored in perforated polyethylene bags without a filter.
