The equipment has an interactive automation controller connected to a remote TV set that works like an user interface using a remote control. The controller is connected to automation network lonworks that contain sensors. The remote TV set is acceded to a series of resident menus in the equipment. An alarm is reflected in an alarm screen in the TV set when being generated through the sensors. An Ethernetinterface is connection-oriented with a remote management center with collaboration of a modem-router asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL).
