The artificial island at shoaling water for multiple purposes has delineating shell, this comprises sections, and soil core placed inside of the delineating shell, deck, the upper superstructure, and at the lower surface of the delineating shell there are arranged elements for immersing it to the bottom of the sea. The delineating shell comprises sections-pontoons, the metal upper superstructures of those are parts of functionally continuous complex for specific purposes; each section-pontoon has at the end and/or the side walls elements of coupling nodes, those form the wells of the delineating shell for the filler, and in the deck there are openings to pour in solid ballast to the compartments of solid ballast, those are placed in the inner cavity of the section-pontoon; the elements for deepening to sea bottom of the delineating shell are arranged as metal knife or knives placed at the bottom of each section-pontoon; all the decks of the section-pontoons of the delineating shell form the deck of the artificial island, and the upper superstructure of that deck is formed by the metal upper superstructures of the neighboring section-pontoons rigidly connected to each other; that metal upper superstructure is placed in perimeter of the artificial island and forms the production and amenity rooms of the functionally single complexfor specific purposes; besides that the delineating shell is bordered with stones.
