Isolated human monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind to IL-15 (e.g., human IL-15) and related antibody-based compositions and molecules are disclosed. Human antibodies can be produced in a transfectome or non-human transgenic animal, for example, a transgenic mouse capable of producing multiple isotypes of human monoclonal antibodies by V-D-J recombination and changing the isotype. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising human antibodies, non-human transgenic animals and hybridomas producing human antibodies and diagnostic and therapeutic methods for using human antibodies.
