PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation when an operator sets a guard zone in a rader display, and easily allow visual confirmation for a position of the guard zone during the setting. SOLUTION: A display control part displays a cursor K in the first azimuth adjoint line R1, a distance auxiliary line Q1 and a crossing position thereof, and moves the line R1 and the Q1 at the same time when the cursor K is moved, to determine a desirable intersectional position as the first vertex A. Then, when the cursor K is moved from the vertex A, the second distance auxiliary line Q2 is displayed at the same time to be moved, and a desirable crossing position of the line R1 and the line Q2 is determined as the second vertex B. The fourth vertex D position is determined automatically when the third vertex C position is determined by the same manner. The first and second azimuth adjoint lines R1, R2 and the auxiliary lines Q1, Q2 are eliminated to display a guard zone G comprising two concentric circular arcs connecting the four vertexes A, B, C, D and two partial azimuth lines.
