PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas-liquid two phase fluid distributor for distributing a mixture fluid of gas and liquid uniformly while reducing noise, and a high efficiency low noise refrigeration cycle. ;SOLUTION: The gas-liquid two phase fluid distributor has a branch space 5, an inlet 4a for passing a gas-liquid two phase fluid from an inlet channel 2 to the branch space 5, and a plurality of outlets for passing the gas-liquid two phase fluid from the branch space 5 to an outlet channel 3. The plurality of outlet channels are juxtaposed such that the flow-out direction from the branch space 5 will be same as the flow-in direction thereto and the outlets are arranged at uniform positions to the inlet 4a, e.g. a circle having the center coaxially with that of the inlet 4a, so that equal quantity of gas-liquid two phase fluid flows out respectively.
