PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leak in the roof by fitting a recessed part of a front face part of one metal molded tile to a hanging piece by insertion, and inserting the other metal molded tile into a continuous corrugated recessed part of a front down part of one metal molded tile. ;SOLUTION: A front face part 2 in U-shape cross section with a recessed part on one side of a metal molded tile 1 is bendingly formed, and a front down part 3 is bendingly formed continuous with the front face part 2. An insert part 4 with a protruding part of U-shape cross section fittable into a continuous corrugated recessed part formed at the front down part 3 is formed being bent on the other side of the metal molded tile 1. A waterproof sheet 6 is laid on the upper face of roof backing material 5, and plate-like hanging pieces 7 are fixed onto the waterproof sheet 6 by nails 8 through battens 9. The front face part 2 of the metal molded tile 1 is fitted to the hanging piece 7 by insertion, and the insert part 4 of the other metal molded tile 1 is inserted in the front down part 3 to perform roofing construction in regular order.
