PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem such that a long work time for obtaining frequency and temperature correction data is required since there is a wait time until a radar module reaches a predetermined temperature and is stabilized during a temperature test. PSOLUTION: A method is provided with a step for attaching a temperature sensor to a voltage controlled oscillator in the radar module and measuring a temperature sensor output and a frequency data while a thermostatic chamber is controlled to change the temperature, a step for creating a frequency-temperature characteristic data map using the temperature as a parameter and a step for obtaining a correction data at the predetermined temperature from the data map by using an approximate expression, and reduces a testing time.
